Sažetak
Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je koncept organizacionog učenja i uticaj koji on ima na unapređenje kvaliteta poslovanja malih i srednjih preduzeća. Cilj istraživanja jeste da se utvrdi na koji način treba unaprediti organizaciono učenje da bi ono dalo što bolje rezultate u poslovanju preduzeća. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da se efikasnost organizacionog učenja gradi na motivisanoj radnoj snazi i timskoj saradnji. Varijable organizacionog učenja najveći uticaj su pokazale na inovativnu aktivnost i kontinuirana poboljšanja kao faktore unapređenja kvaliteta poslovanja. U radu je prikazan model odlučivanja sa pristupom veštačke neuronske mreže za stalno poboljšanje kvaliteta poslovanja malih i srednjih preduzeća putem primene koncepta organizacionog učenja. Prikazani rezultati istraživanja mogu da ukažu vlasnicima i menadžerima malih i srednjih preduzeća u kom smeru treba da idu kako bi unapredili kvalitet svog poslovanja na bazi organizacione kulture koja podržava kreiranje i razmenu znanja.
