Sažetak

Polazeći od značaja nastavničkih kompetencija za realizaciju nastave fizičkog vaspitanja, cilj rada je bio da se ispita samoprocena kompetencija nastavnika razredne nastave u fizičkom vaspitanju (znanje, planiranje, realizacija i vrednovanje) sa aspekta aktuelnog i željenog nivoa. Takođe, cilj rada je bio da se ispita samoprocena osposobljenosti nastavnika razredne nastave za realizaciju konkretnih programskih sadržaja fizičkog vaspitanja i nivoa njihove aktuelne realizacije. Uzorak je činilo 688 nastavnika razredne nastave iz 54 škole sa teritorije Beograda. Primenjen je posebno konstruisan Upitnik za samoprocenu nastavničkih kompetencija nastavnika razredne nastave u fizičkom vaspitanju. Rezultati pokazuju da nastavnici razredne nastave pozitivno procenjuju sopstvene kompetencije za realizaciju nastave fizičkog vaspitanja, ali da žele da postignu njihov viši nivo. Znatne razlike u samoproceni kompetencija ispoljile su se s obzirom na dužinu radnog staža i nivo fizičke aktivnosti nastavnika u pogledu pojedinih kompetencija, dok se razlike nisu ispoljile s obzirom na nivo obrazovanja. Ispoljila se znatna razlika između samoprocene osposobljenosti nastavnika razredne nastave za realizaciju konkretnih sadržaja fizičkog vaspitanja i samoprocene njihove realizacije u nastavi. Rezultati ukazuju na potrebu još kvalitetnijeg osposobljavanja nastavnika razredne nastave za razvoj kompetencija u fizičkom vaspitanju, kako kroz bazično obrazovanje tako i kroz programe stručnog usavršavanja.
