Sažetak
Preživljavanje rizobiuma, azotobaktera i aktinomiceta praćeno je u černozemu (pH 7,0), ritskoj crnici (pH 7,2), luvisolu (pH 3,9), pseudogleju (pH 5,0) i tresetu (pH 7,1). U kontrolne uzorke uneto je po 40 ml sterilne vode, a u ostale po 40 ml 4 x 1010 ćelija u ml smeše aktinomiceta, 40 ml 6,9 x 108 ćelija u ml smeše azotobaktera i 40 ml 4,7 x 1010 ćelija u ml smeše rizobiuma (za lucerku, detelinu i žuti zvezdan). Potom su uzorci stavljeni na inkubaciju na 28°C i nakon deset, dvadeset i trideset dana praćena je brojnost unetih mikroorganizama. Najbolje preživljavanje i umnožavanje rizobiuma bilo je u tresetu, a najslabije u luvisolu. Preživljavanje azotobaktera bilo je dobro u svim ispitivanim zemljištima.. Najbolje preživljavanje aktinomiceta bilo je u tresetu i černozemu, a najslabije u luvisolu.
Abstract
The survival of rhizobium, azotobacter and actinomycetes was observed in different types of soil: chernozem (pH 7.0), humogley (pH 7.2), luvisol (pH 3.9), pseudoglej (pH 5.0) and peat (pH 7.1). 40ml of sterile water was added into control samples. As for other samples, 40ml of 4x 1010 ml cells of actinomycetes was added, 40ml 6,9 x 108 cells of azotobacter into 1ml and 40ml of 4,7 x 1010 cells into 1ml of rhizobium mixture (for alphalpha, clover and lotus). After that, the samples were incubated at 28°C and the number of microorganisms was being observed ten, twenty and thirty days later. Rhizobium, azotobacter and actinomycetes have a high survival ability as their number in all the investigated soils was high enough even after 30 days. Rhizobium survives and multiplies most easily in peat, whereas in luvisol its survival is at the least. Azotobacter survives easily in all the investigated soils. Actinomycetes survive most easily in peat and chernozem. In luvisol, their survival is very low. The application of effective strains of the investigated microorganisms could lead to an increase in the production of alphalpha, clover and lotus even in the soils of low fertility.
