Dugoročni stav žena u reproduktivnom periodu prema kolposkopskom praćenju posle ekscizionog lečenja cervikalne displazije

Sažetak

Uvod/Cilj Veoma malo se zna o odnosu žena prema kolposkopskom praćenju posle tretmana grlića materice. Cilj studije je bio istraživanje dugoročnog stava žena u reproduktivnom periodu prema kolposkopskom praćenju posle ekscizije grlića materice i procena povezanosti njihovog stava sa nivoima anksioznosti i depresivnosti. Metode Žene lečene ekscizijom grlića materice su intervjuisane posle kontrolnog kolposkopskog pregleda. Zabeležene su njihove sociodemografske i kliničke karakteristike. Sve žene su popunile Bekove upitnike za anskioznost i depresiju. Rezultati Ukupno 160 žena podeljeno je u studijsku grupu od 42 (26,3%) žene koje su imale neprijatnost prilikom kontrolnog kolposkopskog pregleda i kontrolnu grupu od 118 (73,7%) žena koje nisu osećale neprijatnost. Prosečna starost u ukupnom uzorku bila je 35,3 ± 5,4 godine, a medijana vremena posle tretmana je bila pet godina (raspon: 2-18). Žene u studijskoj grupi su imale značajno niže vrednosti BMI, češće su bile nulipare i nuligravide, koje su neudate ili žive same i značajno češće su menjale svoj odnos prema upotrebi kondoma posle tretmana. Bekovi skorovi anksioznosti i depresivnosti su bili značajno veći u studijskoj grupi. Multivarijantna analiza je pokazala da su nezavisni prediktori neprijatnosti tokom kontrolnog kolposkopskog pregleda nivo anksioznosti (OR: 1,06; 95% CI: 1,00-1,12), život van zajednice ili bez partnera (OR: 2,65; 95% CI: 1,08-6,55) i promena prakse upotrebe kondoma posle tretmana (OR: 2,69; 95% CI: 1,02-7,07). Zaključak Posle ekscizijskog tretmana skoro trećina žena navela je neprijatnost tokom kontrolnog kolposkopskog pregleda. Ove žene su imale veći nivo anksioznosti.
