Sažetak

Predmet istraživanja u ovom radu jeste istorijski razvoj organizacije, teorije i prakse. Osnovni cilj rada jeste da sistematizacijom istorijskih izvora doprinese proširenju znanja i efikasnosti ljudi da usvoje organizacione promene i performanse kao proces neprekidne dijagnoze, akcije planiranja, sprovođenja i ocenjivanja u primeni organizacionih principa, misije i vizije savremene organizacije. Transfer znanja i veština, motivacija ljudskih resursa, lidera i timova da unaprede svoje kapacitete za rešavanje problema upravljanja i budućih promena su sve bitniji u daljem razvoju organizacione strukture i procesa. U tome posebnu ulogu imaju mrežne organizacije, virtuelni timovi i njihove međusobne veze, posebno u primeni promena i njihovog uticaja na organizaciju.
