His research paper aims to investigate how does national culture moderates relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance of small firms. Investigation is conducted on 180 firms from construction sector in Serbia. Colected data were analzied by using hierarchial linear regression. The results of this study show that national culture is significant moderator of such relationship.
