Uticaj sinbiotika na rast i antioksidativni status krvi kod brojlerskih pilića

Sažetak

Cilj istraživanja bio je da se ispita efekat sinbiotika na proizvodne performanse i antioksidativni status krvi brojlerskih pilića. Eksperiment je izveden na 500 jednodnevnih pilića oba pola, podeljenih u u dva tretmana sa po 250 pilića. Svaki tretman je podeljen u pet grupa koji su predstavljali pet ponavljanja ogleda. Pilići na kontrolnom tretmanu (CON) su hranjeni smešama bez dodatka sinbiotika, dok je u eksperimentalnoj smeši dodat sinbiotik u koncentraciji 1 g/kg hrane (SYN) u finišer fazi koja je trajala od 15 do 42 dana ogleda. Dodatak sinbiotika u ishrani brojlerskih pilića doveo je do porasta telesne mase pilića na kraju 14 i 42 dana ogleda. Tokom prvih 14 dana, konverzija hrane je bila značajno poboljšana (P<0,05) u SYN tretmanu (1,49) u poređenju sa kontrolnim tretmanom (1,53). Aktivnost glutation peroksidaze, peroksidaze, glutation reduktaze i katalaze bila je značajno viša (P<0,05) u tretmanu gde je korišćen sinbiotik u ishrani pilića u poređenju sa CON tretmanom, pri čemu je aktivnosti superoksid dismutaze bila izuzetak. Takođe, statistički značajan pad (P<0,05) u sadržaju malondialdehida i glutationa zabeležen je u eksperimentalnom tretmanu. Uzimajući u obzir dobijene rezultate, može se zaključiti da sinbiotik može biti primenjen kao promoter rasta i kao prirodni antioksidant u ishrani u brojlerskih pilića.
