Tomato grafting is a new special agrotechnical measure, which have been done with the aim to get high intensity of root development and to get high a resistance for soil pest. During 2004 and 2005 on the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad have been examined influence of few different base for grafting on quality and yield of tomato fruits. For base have been used hybrids Maxifort (De Ruiter Seeds), Beaufort (De Ruiter Seeds), Vigomax (De Ruiter Seeds), Licopersicon esculentum var. cerasiformae, Llcoperslcon esculentum var. Pruniformae \ Licopersicon esculentum var. Pyriformae. For base have been chosen hybrid Jeremy (De Ruiter Seeds) which was control variant. Values pH were very similar, but in 2004 were lower than in 2005 but in comparation with control variant was not important exception. Content of lycopen was important bigger in 2005 than in other variants. In both years the most values was in control variant where have not been done grafting. The most yield was in 2004 in variant with Vigomax and in 2005 the most values was in variant with hybrid base Maxifort.
