Mogućnost korišćenja raznih kupusnjača u ishrani domaćih životinja

Sažetak
U radu su predstavljene kvalitativne i kvantitativne karakteristike raznih vrsta kupusnjača. S obzirom da se za ishranu koriste samo delovi biljaka pri čemu se kompletna lisna masa baca ili zaorava, postoje velike mogućnosti za iskorišćenje ovog potencijala za ishranu životinja. Za naše uslove najveći značaj imaju sledeće kupusnjače: glavičasti kupus, kelj, karfiol kelj pupčar, keleraba, brokola, raštika, rotkva i rotkvica.
Abstract
The paper presents qualitative and quantitative characteristics of different kinds of coles. Since only parts of the crops are used for nutrition, the complete leaf mass being thrown away or ploughed under, there are great possibilities for using this potential for animal nutrition. The following coles are of greatest importance in our conditions: Savoy cabbage, kale cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, broccoli, Dalmatian cabbage, radish and small radish.
