Karakteristike korisnika i novootkrivenih osoba inficiranih HIV-om u savetovalištu za DPST Gradskog zavoda za javno zdravlje Beograd, 2007-2016. godine

Sažetak
Cilj ovog rada je da se opišu epidemiološki značajne karakteristike savetovanih i testiranih osoba na HIV u periodu 2007-2016. godine u Savetovalištu Gradskog zavoda za javno zdravlje Beograd, kao i novootkrivenih osoba sa HIV infekcijom. Povod dolaska u Savetovalište je bio neki oblik rizičnog ponašanja. U posmatranom periodu bilo je 10.511 korisnika DPST, među kojima je kod 173 otkrivena HIV infekcija. Među savetovanim i testiranim osobama više je bilo muškaraca (6.417 - 61,05%) nego žena, najzastupljeniji uzrast je bio 20-29 godina (4.900 - 46,62%), a najčešći razlog dolaska u Savetovalište bilo je rizično heteroseksualno ponašanje (8.576 - 81,59%). Među novootkrivenim osobama sa HIV infekcijom znatno više je bilo muškaraca (165 - 95,37%), uzrast 30-39 godina (65 - 37,22%) bio je najzastupljeniji. Najveći broj osoba sa novootkrivenom HIV infekcijom (106 - 61,27%) je dalo podatak o rizičnom homo/biseksualnom ponašanju.
Abstract
The aim of this study was to describe important epidemiological characteristics of clients counceled and tested for HIV in the Institute of Public Health Belgrade, Center for HIV/AIDS, between 2007 and 2016, as well as characteristics of new HIV cases in the same Center and same period of time. The reason for coming in the Center was some kind of risk behaviour. There were 10.511 clients, out of which 173 tested HIV positive. Among tested clients men participated with 61,05% - 6.417, the majority of the counceled and tested people was in the group of 20-29 years (46,62% - 4.900) and the most frequent reason for testing was risk heterosexual behaviour (81,59% - 8.576). Among clients tested HIV positive were significant more men (95,37% - 165) than women, the most frequent age group was 30-39 years (37,57% - 65) and most of them had risk homo/ bisexual behaviour.
