Sažetak

Indeks ljudskog razvoja (HDI) koji je popularna mera dobrobiti čovečanstva, postao je mera razvoja ljudske zajednice. Ipak, HDI dobija i značajne kritike koje se odnose na strukturu podataka i posebno određivanja težinskih koeficijenata. U ovoj studiji, izvršeno je merenje ljudskog razvoja i kroz metodologiju analize sadržajnosti podataka (DEA), u cilju eliminacije nedostataka HDI metode. Sve promenjive koje se uzimaju pri HDI analizi su uzete kao izlazne promenjive kako bi se uporedile relativne performanse među državama. U nedostatku ulaznih promenjivih, i u slučaju gde su samo izlazne varijable na raspolaganju, izvršeno je reorganizovanje formulisanjem modela super - efikasnosti koji su razvili Andersen i Petersen (1993). Dobijena formulacija je primenjena na DEA model radijalne osnove, bez ulaznih veličina, koji se smatra izlazom svih relevantnih varijabli , prema istraživanju Lovell i Pastor-a (1999).
