Upravljanje privatnim bogatstvom - slučaj Republike Srbije

Sažetak

U intenzivnoj konkurenciji, kompresiji, naknadama, strožoj regulativi i rastućim potrebama klijenata ogledaju se izazovi industrije upravljanja bogatstvom. Ovi izazovi utiču na odgovore interesnih industrijskih grupa, što za posledicu ima kritične trendove u potrošačkim potrebama, nove tehnologije, promene savetodavnih modela, sigurnosti i koordinisanosti. Osobenost klijenata upravljanja bogatstvom jeste sve veća pronicljivost u vezi sa finansijskim planiranjem i imaju potrebu za većim digitalnim mogućnostima i boljim savetodavnim opcijama. S obzirom na brzi tehnološki razvoj, od kompanija se zahteva agilnost sa ciljem unapređenja usluga koje pružaju klijentima. Veoma dugo je usluga upravljanja imovinom bila omogućena samo državljanima razvijenih država, kojima je bilo omogućeno da dobijaju savete u vezi sa upravljanjem bogatstvom. S obzirom da imaju manje bogatstva, u državama u tranziciji ova industrijska grana ima manji značaj. Međutim, ovakvo stanje se postepeno menja kao posledica globalizacije i velikog rasta bruto društvenog proizvoda, uprkos finansijskoj destabilizaciji i usporenog razvoja ekonomija u ovim državama. Usled promena u raspodeli bogatstva i relativnoj važnosti različitih tržišta dolazi do promena parametara tržišta bogatstva. Predmet ovog rada predstavlja privatno upravljanje bogatstvom u našoj državi. Takođe, prikazaćemo i modele upravljanja bogatstvom kakvi su bili nekada, a kakvi se primenjuju danas, a bavićemo se i mogućnostima poboljšanja ovih modela. U našoj zemlji termin upravljanje privatnim bogatstvom još uvek je u velikoj meri nepoznat. S obzirom na mesto koje Srbija zauzima, potrebno je preduzimanje mera kako bi se pokazatelji poboljšali, sa ciljem unapređenja svog položaja na ovoj listi za menadžere upravljanja bogatstvom privatnog kapitala. U radu je korišćena teorijska i israživačka metoda, a svrha rada je prikaz upravljanja bogatstvom uopšte, sa posebnim osvrtom na Republiku Srbiju.
