Genetika polipoznih sindroma

Sažetak

Kolorektalni karcinom (CRC) je jedan od najčešćih maligniteta u Zapadnim zemljama. Nasledni gastrointestinalni polipozni sindromi su odgovorni za približno 1% od svih CRC slučajeva. Podeljeni sun a adenomatozne i hamartomatozne syndrome. Adenomatozni polipozni sindrom je familiarna adenomatozna polipoza (FAP) sa tri fenotipske varijante: Gardnerov sindrom Turcotov sindrom i sindrom umanjenog FAP-a. Hamartomatozni polipozni sindrom je klasifikuje na Peutz-Jeghers-ov sindrom, Juvenilnu polipozu, Cowden-ov sindrom i Bannayan-Riley-Ruvalacaba sindrom.
