Ispitivanje aktivnosti superoksid dizmutaze, katalaze i glutation peroksidaze u plazmi i lizatima limfocita obolelih od hronične limfocitne leukemije

Sažetak

Hronična limfocitna leukemija karakteriše se akumulacijom funkcionalno nezrelih limfocita usled inhibicije apoptoze. Oksidativni stres ima značajnu ulogu u patogenezi velikog broja oboljenja i u samoj kancerogenezi. Cilj našeg istraživanja je ispitivanje aktivnosti antioksidativnih enzima u plazmi i lizatima limfocita pacijenata obolelih od hronične limfocitne leukemije. U studiju je bio uključen 51 bolesnik oboleo od hronične limfocitne leukemije. Oni su klasifikovani na osnovu stadijuma bolesti po Rai-u na dve grupe ispitanika, tako što su grupu A činili oboleli koji su se nalazili u nultom i prvom stadijumu bolesti, a grupu B pacijenti u drugom, trećem i četrvrtom stadijumu bolesti. Grupu C je činila kontrolna grupa od 32 zdrava ispitanika. Rezultati našeg istraživanja pokazuju da je aktivnost katalaze statistički znatno povišena u plazmi bolesnika grupe B, dok aktivnost superoksid dizmutaze i glutation peroksidaze nije statistički znatno izmenjena u odnosu na kontrolnu grupu. U lizatima limfocita postoji pad aktivnosti enzima prve linije odbrane, superoksid dizmutaze, katalaze i glutation peroksidaze. Pad aktivnosti antioksidantnih enzima u lizatima limfocita najizraženiji je kod obolelih u kasnom stadijumu bolesti, a nešto manje je izražen u grupi sa neprogresivnom bolešću.
