Sažetak
Realnu plasticu zemljišta sa jedne strane ograničava trohoida koju opisuje vrh noža pri njegovom prodiranju kroz zemljište, a sa druge strane trohoida prethodnog noža i horizontalna duž na visini dubine rezanja. Duž koja predstavlja debljinu plastice upravna je na tangentu u tački naredne trohoide. U radu je definisana procedura određivanja debljine realne plastice u svakom trenutku, pri prodiranju vrha noža kroz zemljište. Debljinu plastice, na proizvoljnom mestu vrha noža, definiše jedna od dve procedure. Prva procedura važi za vremenski interval od trenutka ulaska vrha noža u zemljište do trenutka postizanja maksimalne debljine plastice. Druga procedura važi za vremenski interval od trenutka postizanja maksimalne debljine plastice do trenutka izlaska vrha noža iz zemljišta. U ovoj proceduri neohodno je za svaki izabrani trenutak vremena od postizanja maksimalne debljine do izlaska noža iz zemljišta rešiti odgovarajuću transcedentnu jednačinu kako bi se izračunala trenutna debljina plastice.
Abstract
In reality, soil slice is limited by the trochoid traced by the blade tip during its penetration through the soil, on the one side, and by the trochoid of previous blade and horizontal segment of line on the height of cutting depth, on the other. The line segment which represents slice thickness is perpendicular to the tangent line at the point of the following trochoid. Defined in this paper is a methodology for calculation of current soil slice thickness, during penetration of blade tip through the soil. The soil slice thickness at an arbitrary point on blade tip is defined by one of two procedures. The first procedure is valid within the time interval from the moment of blade tip entrance into the soil, to the moment when the maximum slice thickness is established. The second procedure is valid within the time interval from the moment when the maximum slice thickness is established, until the moment when the blade exits the soil. At any chosen moment, from the attainment of maximum slice thickness to blade exit from the soil, this procedure requires an adequate transcendental equation to be solved. The maximum soil slice thickness increases with: the increase of rotary tiller forward speed, operational depth, and rotor diameter. Both the increase of the rotor rpm and the increase of the number of blades cause the reduction of the maximum soil slice thickness. Variations in maximum soil slice thickness, estimated by the method proposed in this paper, correspond to experimental measurements of the soil cutting resistance for the conventional rotary tiller operating at forward speed.
