Rano otkrivanje i prevencija karcinoma kože - važan segment u sistemu zdravstvene zaštite stanovništva

Sažetak

Karcinomi kože su najčešće forme karcinoma u ljudskoj populaciji i prema podacima iz literature predstavljaju veliki problem u većini zdravstvenih sistema zemalja sveta. Dva najčešća oblika karcinoma kože su bazocelularni i skvamocelularni, poznati i kao nemelanomski (nemelanotični) kožni karcinomi. U našoj zemlji, trenutno, ne postoje aktivnosti na nacionalnom nivou koje bi imale za cilj da promovišu značaj ranog otkrivanja i prevenciju karcinoma kože. Ovaj rad predstavlja pokušaj da se ukaže na značaj i potrebu ranog otkrivanja i prevencije karcinoma kože u okviru sistema zdravstvene zaštite stanovništva Srbije. Rad takođe ima za cilj da pospeši inicijativu i da primer za organizacione napore za unapređenje prevencije i ranog otkrivanja ove bolesti. Primarna prevencija podrazumeva najmanje tri postulata: a) korišćenje preparata za zaštitu od ultraljubičastog zračenja; b) promena ponašanja korišćenjem prirodnih hladovina, zaštitne odeće i izloženost sučevim zracima smanjiti na minimum i c) izbegavanje veštačkih izvora zračenja u cilju preplanulosti kože. Mnogo napora je potrebno usmeriti na javnu edukaciju i poboljšati svest o riziku za razvoj kožnih karcinoma, pre svega kod ranog prepoznavanja, primarne, sekunarne i tercijalne prevencije. Zdravstveni radnici na svim nivoima zdravstvene zaštite trebalo bi da budu uključeni u ovu vrstu prevencije i edukacije. Lokalna zajednica bi trebalo da ima vodeću ulogu kroz javno informisanje o štetnosti i izlaganja ultraljubičastim zracima.
