Sažetak
Zbog slabe investicione mogućnosti korisnici mehanizacije za zemljane radove su prinuđeni da radnu sposobnost ovih mašina produžuju uz pomoć preventivnog održavanja i remonta. Pošto se radi o složenoj proceduri sa puno uticajnih faktora na krajnji rezultat potrebno je za ove aktivnosti imati odgovarajuću osposobljenost preduzeća, što je i tema rada.
Abstract
Users of construction machines are forced to continue working ability of these machines because of poor investments by preventing maintenance and reassembly help. Since that procedure is very complex with a lot of powerful circumstances on the final score, it is necessary to have appropriate skillfulness in Company that is paper’s target.
