Sažetak
Ovaj rad ima nameru da doprinese pojašnjenju pojave preduzetnika. Polazi se od inovacije kao fenomena koja se dalje razmatra u sferi proizvodnje. Pri tom se gradi inovativni model preduzeća, unutar koga se analiziraju osnovni inovativni elementi preduzeća. Istražuju se načini kvantifikacije rezultata inovacija u proizvodnji. Nadalje se fokus usmerava na preduzetništvo preduzetnike i inovatore radi formiranja modela preduzetnika. U okviru završnih razmatranja analiziraju se prateće manifestacije pojave neke inovacije u lancu proizvodnih aktivnosti, na osnovu čega se gradi model uzajamne međuzavisnosti inovativnih aktivnosti u proizvodnji i pojave preduzetnika.
Abstract
This paper was written with the intention of contributing to the explanation of the entrepreneurs appearance. We start from innovation as a phenomenon which is further examined in the production sphere. Innovation model of a company is being built along the way, within which basic innovation elements are being analyzed. Ways of quantification of the innovation results in production are being investigated. The emphasis is pointed towards the business of undertaking, entrepreneurs and innovators in order to form entrepreneurs models. Within the final considerations, the following manifestations of a innovation in the chain of production activities are being analyzed. The model of mutual dependence of innovation activities in production and the appearance of entrepreneurs is being built on its foundation.
