Sažetak
U radu je razmatrana efektivnost automatske linije za proizvodnju hleba u DP "Branko Perišić" iz Kruševca. Dati su osnovni pojmovi koji se odnose na efektivnost životnog ciklusa opreme. Efektivnost sistema predstavlja verovatnoću da ce sistem uspešno vršiti funkciju cilja i prilagoditi se datim uslovima u predviđenom vremenu rada. Razmatran je uticaj produktivnosti, kvaliteta i raspoloživost proizvodnih kapaciteta koji čine osnovu za određivanje efektivnosti automatske linije. Opisani su uzroci zastoja i načini sprovođenja održavanja linije.
Abstract
In this paper is discussed effectiveness of automatic line for bread production in bakery "Branko Perisic" form Krusevac. Here is given basic terms of equipment life cycle effectiveness. Overall Equipment Effectiveness is a total measure of performance that relates the availability of the process to the productivity and quality. The effectiveness measure shows how well the company is utilizing resources, which include the equipment, the lab our and the ability to satisfy the customer in terms of delivering the quality specified by the customer. This approach provides focus and simplicity to decision making with respect to controlling unplanned downtime, the cycle time of the process and the quality rate.
