Sažetak
Usvajanje novih menadžerskih znanja i veština od strane preduzetnika i vlasnika malih preduzeća predstavlja važan preduslov za uspeh preduzetničkih poduhvata i razvoj malih preduzeća. Jedan od načina da preduzetnici, paralelno sa obavljanjem tekućih poslovnih aktivnosti, unaprede svoje poslovanje i istovremeno steknu potrebna dodatna znanja i veštine, jeste korišćenje usluga menadžment konsaltinga. U modernim tržišnim ekonomijama, menadžment konsalting se pokazao kao dobar vid pomoći preduzetnicima i vlasnicima malog biznisa. To je u suštini specifična aktivnost savetovanja rukovodilaca preduzeća sa ciljem da reše probleme u poslovanju za koje nemaju dovoljno stručnosti, znanja i iskustva, pri čemu se i sami rukovodioci edukuju i nadograđuju svoja menadžerska znanja. U praksi, menadžment konsalting pomaže nastajanju i sazrevanju stručnih i dinamičnih menadžera koji uspešno upravljaju promenama i koji poznaju specifične menadžerske aktivnosti i procese. Takvi savremeni preduzetnici-menadžeri su katalizator izgradnje efikasnih preduzeća. Karakteristike menadžment konsaltinga za mala i srednja preduzeća proizilaze iz same prirode ovih preduzeća, kao i problema sa kojima se ona susreću u procesima rasta i razvoja, odnosno u transformacionim procesima, kod kojih se ne mogu primeniti rutinska rešenja. Ovaj rad ima za cilj da ukaže na problematiku konsultantske podrške malom biznisu, da identifikuje glavne teme i probleme koji su predmet konsaltinga za preduzetnike i vlasnike malog biznisa, uz model optimalnog pristupa savetodavnom procesu.
Abstract
Adoption of new managerial knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs and owners of small businesses is an important prerequisite for the success of entrepreneurial ventures and development of small enterprises. One of the ways that businesses, along with the performance of ongoing business activities, improve their operations and simultaneously acquire the necessary additional knowledge and skills, is the use of management consulting services. In modern economies, management consulting has proven to be a good form of assistance to entrepreneurs and owners of small businesses. It is essentially a specific activity advise managers to solve business problems in operations for which they lack expertise, knowledge and experience, where executives educate themselves and build their managerial skills. In practice, management consulting helps emerging and maturing professional and dynamic manager who successfully manage change and who know the specific management activities and processes. Such contemporary entrepreneurs-managers are a catalyst for building effective enterprise. Characteristics of management consulting for small and medium enterprises arising from the nature of these enterprises and problems encountered in the process of growth and development, and in the transformation process, for which routine solutions cannot be applied. This paper aims to present the issue of consulting support for small business, to identify major themes and issues that are the subject of consultants for entrepreneurs and small business owners, with a model optimum access to an advisory process in a small business.
