Sažetak
Uvod. Infekcije izazvane meticilin-rezistentnim Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) su sve veći problem u svetu. Kliconoštvo MRSA je najčešće u nosu. Studenti medicine dolaze u kontakt sa bolesnicima, kao i sa drugim osobama van zdravstvenih ustanova, te mogu biti značajni za prenošenje sojeva MRSA iz bolničke u vanbolničku sredinu, i obratno. Cilj rada. Cilj istraživanja je bio da se utvrdi učestalost izolovanja sojeva MRSA u nosu kod studenata druge, treće i četvrte godine Medicinskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu i analiziraju njihove genotipske i fenotipske odlike. Metode rada. Postojanje MRSA je ispitano u 533 brisa nosa. Uzeti brisevi inkubirani su u tripkaza soja bujonu sa dodatkom 6,5% NaCl, nakon čega su presejani na manitol slani agar kojem je dodato 2 µg/ml oksacilina. Postojanje nuc, mecA i gena za Panton-Valentin leukocidin dokazivano je metodom PCR (reakcija lančanog umnožavanja DNK). Karakterizacija sojeva MRSA izvršena je ispitivanjem osetljivosti sojeva na antibiotike primenom sistema Vitek2, određivanjem SCCmec tipa i agr tipa i MLST. Rezultati. MRSA je izolovan u dva ispitana uzorka (0,37%), i to kod studenata druge i treće godine medicine. Profili izolovanih sojeva bili su: ST80 (SCCmec tip IV, agr tip 3) i ST152 (SCCmec tip V, agr tip 1). Izolovani sojevi MRSA bili su multirezistentni. Zaključci. Učestalost izolovanja MRSA u nosu studenata početnih godina Medicinskog fakulteta u Beogradu je niska. Genotipske i fenotipske odlike izolovanih sojeva ovog mikroorganizma ukazuju na njihovo vanbolničko poreklo. MLST tipizacija je pokazala da izolati pripadaju klonu ST80 i ST152.
