Učestalost patoloških ultrasonografskih nalaza na žučnoj kesici kod pacijenata sa zaraznim bolestima

Sažetak

Cilj rada je da se utvrdi učestalost patoloških ultrasonografskih nalaza na žučnoj kesici i duktusu holedohusu kod neselektovaone grupe pacijenata sa zaraznim bolestima, prenosivim ultrasonografskim aparatima. Obavljen je sonografski pregled ekstrahepatičkih žučnih puteva kod 2 691 odraslog pacijenta. Pregled je obuhvatio procenu veličine holeciste, stanja njenog zida, sadržaja lumena, širine i sadržaja duktusa holedohusa. Korišćeni su portabl-sonografi marke ALOKA SSD-500 i SSD-1000 sa konveksnim sondama od 3,5 i 5 MHz. Holecista je bila normalne veličine kod 2 164 (80,4%), uvećana kod 65 (2,4%), odstranjena kod 163 (6,1%), pseudoseptirana kod 141 (5,2%), dok se nije mogla vizualizovati kod 44 (1,6%) ispitanika. Zid holeciste je bio normalan kod 2 031 (75,5%), zadebljan kod 259 (9,6%), edematozan kod 173 (6,4%) ispitanika. Kalkulozu holeciste videli smo kod 310 (11,5%), holedoholitijazu kod 13 (0,5%) pacijenata. Pojava morfoloških abnormalnosti na žučnoj kesici i duktusu holedohusu u neselektovanoj populaciji infektoloških bolesnika je relativno česta. One se većinom mogu otkriti korišćenjem niskobudžetnih portabilnih sonografa.
