Pseudomembranozni kolitis u toku antibiotske terapije

Sažetak

Prikazan je tok bolesti kod dva bolesnika sa pseudomembranoznim kolitisom u toku antibiotske terapije. Dijagnoza je postavljena na osnovu kliničke slike, rektoskopskog nalaza i patohistološkog pregleda materijala uzetog biopsijom. Pregled stolice na prisutnost toksina Clostridium difficile nije rađen iz tehničkih razloga. Primena metronidazola u lečenju bolesti pokazala se uspešnom. Nisu zapažene neželjene nuspojave u toku terapije metronidazolom.
