Fizička aktivnost i uhranjenost studenata Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci

Sažetak

Istraživanja koja su sprovedena u svetu pokazuju da gojaznost u studentskoj populaciji postaje sve veći zdravstveni problem. Cilj ovog rada bio je da se ispita povezanost navika koje se tiču fizičke aktivnosti sa parametrima stepena uhranjenosti kod studenata Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci. Studija preseka obuhvatila je 210 studenata kojima su procenjeni indeks telesne mase, odnos struk-bokovi, te procenat telesne masti. Za procenu navika koje se odnose na fizičku aktivnost ispitanika korišćen je modifikovani Baecke upitnik. Baždarenje upitnika izvršeno je faktorskom analizom pri čemu su izdvojena tri faktora. Prema indeksu telesne mase 22,40% studenata je predgojazno, a 2,40% gojazno. Procenat telesne masti pokazuje da 11,20% muških i 15,50% ženskih ispitanika predgojazno. Vrednosti odnosa struk-bokovi, koje su označene kao rizične, nađene su kod 11,20% muških i 1,90% ženskih ispitanika. Na pitanje 'Da li se bavite sportom?' 30,50% studenata odgovorilo je odrično, a 69,50 % odgovorilo je potvrdno. Svoje slobodno vreme u šetnji provodi 34,80% studenata, 23,30% njih radi na računaru, isto toliko ih se bavi sportom, 10,50 % njih vozi bicikl, dok 8,10% gleda televiziju. Polovina studenata banjalučkog Univerziteta dnevno hoda ili vozi bicikl duže od 30 minuta. Primenom Multiple korelacije zavisna varijabla procenat telesne masti pokazala je statistički značajnu povezanost (R = 0,35) sa faktorima Bavljenje sportom i Način odlaska na fakultet peške/autobusom, dok je varijabla odnosa struk-bokovi pokazala statistički značajnu povezanost sa sva tri izdvojena faktora (R = 0,36), pored već dva spomenuta i sa faktorom Fizička aktivnost vožnja biciklom.
