Efekti različitih metoda treninga snage na eksplozivnu snagu nogu

Sažetak

Cilj istraživanja je ispitivanje uticaja dva različita metoda treninga, kao i njihov kombinovani uticaj na eksplozivnu snagu nogu. Najpoznatiji i najčešće korišćeni metodi kondicioniranja sportske forme su različite vrste skokova i/ili bacanja koje se mogu svrstati u udarni ili pliometrijski režim treniranja, kao i treninzi snage submaksimalnog mišićnog opterećenja. Dve metode su primenjivane pojedinačno i kombinovano u tri eksperimentalne grupe, dok se u kontrolnoj grupi odvijala redovna nastava fizičkog vaspitanja i izbornog sporta, po Nastavnom planu i programu koje propisuje Ministarstvo prosvete Republike Srbije za osnovnu školu. Eksplozivnu snagu donjih ekstremiteta je predstavljao sistem od tri zavisne varijable: skok udalj iz mesta, skok uvis iz mesta i troskok iz mesta. Rezultati su ukazali da su pliometrijski metod kod devojčica i kombinovani metod treninga kod dečaka dali najviše vrednosti napretka.
