Efikasnost primene poligona na razvoj koordinacije u nastavi fizičkog vaspitanja

Sažetak

Istraživanje je imalo za cilj procenu i upoređivanje efekata primene nastavne metode poligon kompleksnih kretnih zadataka, na razvoj koordinacije učenika. Uzorak je činilo 108 učenika osnovne škole, uzrasta od 10 do 11 godina, koji su randomizirani u kontrolnu (n=53) i eksperimentalnu grupu (n=55). U okviru časova redovne nastave, kontrolna grupa je realizovala sadržaje nastave fizičkog vaspitanja predviđene nastavnim planom i programom sa pojedinačnim elementima poligona, dok je eksperimentalna grupa bila pod tretmanom primene poligona kompleksnih kretnih zadataka. Istraživanje je trajalo tri meseca, u okviru kojeg su obe grupe testirane testom koordinacija sa palicom. Testiranje učenika je urađeno na početku istraživanja i nakon sprovedenog tretmana. Dobijeni podaci su obrađeni primenom univarijantne analize kovarijanse i T-testa uparenih uzoraka. Ustanovljeno je da poligon kompleksnih kretnih zadataka ima značajan uticaj na poboljšanje koordinacije kod učenika u eksperimentalnoj grupi (p=.000), što ukazuje na intenzivniju primenu ovakvog organizacionog vida vežbanja u nastavi fizičkog vaspitanja.
