Sažetak

Mnogi obrazovni sistemi u svetu prepoznali su potencijale mobilnog učenja, kako zbog povećavanja efikasnosti i upotrebljivosti informaciono-komunikacionih resursa i smanjenja troškova tako i zbog prevazilaženja nedostataka tradicionalne nastave i postizanja obrazovnih ishoda. Cilj rada je analiza spremnosti obrazovnog sistema Srbije za mobilno učenje. U radu je korišćena metoda 4C. Ključni rezultati ukazuju da značajnije unapređenje mobilnog učenja možemo očekivati: podizanjem nivoa digitalnih kompetencija nastavnika i saradnika; sistemskom integracijom mobilnog učenja; institucionalnom podrškom; promovisanjem koncepta mobilnog učenja kao i povećanjem ulaganja u održiv napredak u pogledu kvaliteta i pravednosti obrazovanja.
