Sažetak
U radu su prikazani rezultati ispitivanja mogućnosti za organizovanje i razvoj organske proizvodnje u ovčarstvu, na području Sjeničko-pešterske visoravni. Rezultati ispitivanja prinosa, sastava flore i hemijskog sastava, kao i nivo štetnih materija pokazuju da postoje uslovi za razvoj organske proizvodnje, naročito organskog jagnjećeg mesa. Na osnovu poznatih osobina sjeničko-pešterski soj pramenke predstavlja najpogodniji soj za organizovanje ovčarske organske proizvodnje. Organska ovčarska proizvodnja može umnogome da doprinese ruralnom razvoju i promociji ovog područja.
