Thermal block state estimation

Abstract
The need for the estimation of the system state and its components operating life comesont of different demands: functioning security, operating life extension, inspection and maintenance planning, system conditioning (reconstruction, rehabilitation, modernization..) et al. The manifest forms of system degradation, assessment and monitoring methods are explained in the work.
