Faktorska analiza telesnog sastava među policajcima u Abu Dabiju

Sažetak

Cilj ove studije bio je da definiše faktore koji utiču na telesnu kompoziciju zaposlenih u policiji Abu Dabija. Telesna kompozicija 120 nasumično izabranih muških policajaca različitog uzrasta izmerena je tokom Oktobra i Novembra 2016-te godine u sekciji za sportske aktivnosti Abu Dabi policije. Karakteristike uzorka: uzrast 32.70±7.62 godina, telesna visina (VN) 173.54±6.24 cm, telesna težina (BW) 80.55±11.36kg, i indeks telesne mase (BMI) 26.76±3.60 kg/m2. Jedanaest varijabli statistički je evaluirano upotrebom faktorske analize varijanse: procenat telesnih masti (PBF), procenat skeletnih mišića (SMM), procenat proteinske mase (PPM), nezavisna površina visceralnih masti (VFA/kg), indeks telesnih masti (BFMI), indeks telesnih mišića (SMMI), indeks proteinske mase (PMI), indeks bezmasne mase (FFMI), indeks površine visceralnih masti (VFAI), proteinsko-masni indeks (PFI), i indeks hipokinezije (IH). KMO i Bartletov test pokazali su veoma dobru adekvatnost uzorkovanja od 0.661 na nivou pouzdanosti ispod 0.001. Analiza osnovnih komponenti pokazala je visoke kumulativne vrednosti, što ide u prilog validnosti izabranih varijabli. Izdvojila su se 3 glavna faktora koja zajedno objašnjavaju 97.004% ukupne varijanse: I - neaktivnost i ishrana, II - fizička aktivnost i vežbanje, i III - sedentorni način života. U svrhe praćenja nivoa neaktivnosti, zajedno sa navikama u ishrani, potrebno je pratiti 2 indeksna pokazatelja - PPM i PBF; y svrhu praćenja kvantiteta fizičkih aktivnosti i kvaliteta trenažnih programa - PMI i FFMI; za praćenje uticaja životnog stila mogu se pratiti indeksi VFA/kg i VFAI.
