Sažetak

Predlaže se proširenje modela sistemskog pristupa preduzetništvu, kako bi se identifikovali i razumeli faktori, kao i njihovi odnosi, koji promovišu preduzetničke namere studenata. To je, dugoročno gledano, jedna od glavnih strategija za promociju ekonomskog razvoja. Korišćena je faktorska analiza kako bi se analizirali podaci prikupljeni kroz upitnik koji je primenjen kod studenata tri univerziteta u Kolumbiji. Utvrđeno je da su lični stavovi i perticipirana izvodljivost najuticajniji faktori kada je u pitanju pokretanje posla. Štaviše, mladi ljudi mogu imati više izražene namere da stvore kompaniju, ukoliko identifikuju dobre ideje i shvate ih izvodljivim, bez obzira na nivo rizika. Preporučuje se primena ovog modela u kontekstu studenata univerziteta u ekonomijama u razvoju kako bi se dobili pouzdani rezultati u razumevanju njihovog ponašanja.
