Sažetak

Rad se bavi eksperimentalnim istraživanjem uticaja parametara obrade kao što je brzina rezanja, brzina pomoćnog kretanja i dubina rezanja na parametre hrapavosti površine prilikom obrade na strugu AISI 4340 čelika. Da bi se dobile manje vrednosti parametara hrapavosti površine, parametri obrade su optimizirani primenom Tagučijeve tehnike odnosa signal-buka. ANOVA je korišćena da bi se utvrdilo koji faktor najviše utiče na parametre hrapavosti. Utvrđeno je da faktor brzina pomoćnog kretanja ima najveći uticaj (70,50%), dubina rezanja (18,54%) i brzina rezanja (9,15%). Na osnovu dobijenog stanja izvršen je eksperiment čiji rezultati pokazuju da su vrednosti parametara hrapavosti površine redukovane za 31,63% u poređenju sa vrednostima projektovanim eksperimentom.
