Faktori usvojenosti prakse upravljanja poslovnim procesima u radno-intenzivnim delatnostima

Sažetak
Usvojenost prakse upravljanja poslovnim procesima podložna je proceni na bazi različitih uticajnih faktora. U okviru rada izvršeno je izdvajanje faktora koji se javljaju u literaturi radi formiranja liste sveobuhvatnih faktora od pomoći pri proceni tempa i načina usvojenosti prakse upravljanja poslovnim procesima u radno intenzivnim delatnostima. Primenom fuzzy Delphi metode izvedena je lista faktora na bazi odgovora eksperata, te je uzimajući u obzir radno-intenzivni karakter kao specifičnost u okviru ove metode izdvojena lista i rangirana. Defazifikacijom trougaonih fazi brojeva dobijeno je rešenje na osnovu koga je prvorangirani faktor upravljanje ljudskim resursima.
