Šta znači biti vlasnik procesa - definisanje kompetencija vlasnika procesa

Sažetak
Sa usvajanjem procesne orijentacije u radnoj organizaciji se pojavljuje nova menadžerska uloga: vlasnik procesa. Vlasništvo procesa je jedna od osnovnih karakteristika radne organizacije orijentisane na proces. U cilju uspešnog upravljanja procesom poslovanja i zamene tradicionalne hijerarhije funkcija, vlasnici procesa treba da poseduju određene kompetencije za upravljanje procesom. Zato je cilj ovog rada bio uvođenje modela kompetencija vlasnika procesa. Individualne aktivnosti i kompetencije vlasnika procesa određene su pomoću Delfi studije. Model kompetencija je razvijen na osnovu konsenzusa postignutog posle intervjua ekspertskog panela sprovedenog u tri kruga. U radu su prikazani rezultati Delfi studije koji su poslužili za razvijanje strukturiranog modela kompetencija vlasnika procesa. Strukturu modela čine kompetencije kao što su znanja, veštine i socijalne kompetencije izvedene iz odgovornosti vlasnika procesa. Definisane su dve varijante kompetencija vlasnika procesa, koje uzimaju u obzir različit obim odgovornosti.
