Pružanje usluge - mere za rešavanje inter komunalnog jaza

Sažetak

Želja da se eliminiše nejednakost u društvu je bolja mera u proceni liderskog obrazca kao funkcionalnog ili neuspešnog u odnosu na sposobnost/ mogućnost pružanja usluga. Kvalitetno pružanje usluga (edukativne uloge, izgradnja pristupnih saobraćajnica, snabdevanje vodom (izgradnja vodovoda), kanalizacija, zdravstvene usluge i slično) su mere ublažavanja (ili rešavanja) intra i inter komunalnog jaza, dok odsustvo kvalitetne/ pasivne usluge kontinuirano pogoršava tenzije /nemire među ljudima koji su živeli kao braća. U radu je ispitivana uloga stvarne mere pružanja usluga u ublažavanju inter i intra-komunalnog jaza u Nigeriji i drugim zemljama trećeg sveta.
