Uticaj fizičkog vežbanja na nastanak ćelijskog oštećenja uslovljenog slobodnim radikalima i antioksidativna odbrana

Sažetak

Pretpostavlja se da povećano stvaranje slobodnih radikala tokom intenzivnog treniranja može dovesti do peroksidacije lipida ćelijske membrane, a time do poremećaja njene permeabilnosti. Efekti stvorenih slobodnih radikala u telu za sada se Jedino mogu pratiti indirektno, procenom sadržaja antioksidativnih enzima i vitamina u telesnim tečnostima, kao i supstanci koje su produkt peroksidacije lipida. Pretpostavlja se da se primenom antioksidativnih vitamina i mikronutrijenata mogu neutralisati već stvoreni slobodni radikali i na taj način postići bolja sportska dostignuća, U rezultatima istraživanja različitih autora ispoljila su se neslaganja koja se mogu pripisati različitoj metodologiji, nepouzdanosti pokazatelja peroksidacije lipida i dr. Postoji preporuka da sportisti koji intenzivno treniraju dodatno unose antioksidativne vitamine u ishranu, iako još uvek ne postoji generalni stav o potrebnoj količini vitamina.
