Sažetak

Cilj ovog rada je utvrđivanje razlika između opšte i specifične eksplozivne jačine (sile) kod džudista i džudistkinja kadetskog uzrasta. Rezultati merenih kontraktilnih sposobnosti su dobijeni primenom standardizovane baterije testova, uz korišćenje metode izometrijske dinamometrije, za pet mišićnih grupa i to: mišića pregibača prstiju leve i desne šake, opružača leđno-slabinske muskulature, opružača nogu i opružača skočnog zgloba. Merenje je obuhvatilo uzorak od ukupno 14 ispitanika i ispitanica koji su se takmičili u sistemu pojedinačnog nacionalnog prvenstva Republike Srbije za odgovarajući uzrast. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata se može tvrditi da postoji generalna statistički značajna razlika testiranih džudista u funkciji pola i to, kako između apsolutnih vrednosti varijabli opšte i specifične eksplozive jačine (sile), na nivou Wilks' Lambda Value 0.000, F=898.61, p=0.000, tako i između parcijalizovanih (relativnih) vrednosti merenih varijabli na nivou Wilks' Lambda Value 0.001, F=325.71, p=0.000. Najveći nivo razlike između pola, a u odnosu na apsolutne vrednosti, je utvrđen kod varijabli specifične eksplozivne jačine (sile) i to za levu šaku (RFDmax_ŠL, p=0.001), za mišiće opružače nogu (RFDmax_NOGE, p=0.003), te za desnu šaku (RFDmax_ŠD, p=0.005). U odnosu na parcijalizovane vrednosti varijabli na osnovu skeletne mišićne mase (SMM), najveći nivo razlike je utvrđen kod varijabli specifične eksplozivne jačine (sile) i to za levu i desnu šaku, respektivno (RFDmax_ŠLSMM, p=0.000; RFDmaxŠDSMM, p=0.003). Sumarna vrednost indeksa polnog dimorfizma (IPD) sa za apsolutnu opštu (RFDFmax) i specifičnu (RFDmax) eksplozivnu jačinu (silu) nalazi na nivou od 71.55 i 53.09%, što znači da su testirane devojčice dostigle 71.55% i 53.09% datih kontraktilnih karakteristika u odnosu na testirane dečake. Međutim, kada se merene varijable parcijalizuju u odnosu na SMM, pomenute razlike u finkciji pola se smanjuju na nivo od 101.98 i 71.58%. Generalno posmatrano, dobijeni rezultati su pokazali da postoje metodološke indicije naučne opravdanosti u odnosu na parcijalizaciju rezultata eksplozivne jačine, kao mere razvijenosti kontraktilnog mišićnog potencijala za što intenzivnije ispoljavanje mišićne sile u jedinici vremena, u odnosu na skeletnu mišićnu masu.
