Motivacija zaposlenih kao ključni pokazatelj zadovoljstva poslom

Sažetak

Motivacija je proces usmeravanja ponašanja ljudi u organizaciji na način da zaposleni zadovolji sopstvene potrebe, a da radi u pravcu zadovoljavanja ciljeva organizacije. Ljudi se pridružuju nekoj organizaciji iz razloga što očekuju da će i sami od toga imati korist, pa to predstavlja integraciju ciljeva i motiva. Performanse se shvataju kao postignuće organizacije u vezi sa postavljenim ciljevima, što podrazumeva uključivanje pojedinaca i timova u pravcu ostvarivanja postavljenih ciljeva. Zadovoljstvo poslom je rezultat percepcije zaposlenog na način da mu posao omogućava da ostvari one stvari koje on smatra da su za njega bitne. Značaj zadovoljstva poslom ističe pozitivnu i uzajamnu vezu sa zadovoljstvom života i uticaj zadovoljstva na lični, socijalni i radni život. Samo zadovoljan zaposleni ostvariće pozitivan poslovni rezultat, pa iz tog razloga mora da se ostvari adekvatna motivacija u cilju ostvarivanja pozitivnih poslovnih rezultata organizacije.
