Sažetak

U ovom radu analizirana je integracija dva različita problema u lancu snabdevanja, u vezi sa taktičkim i operativnim nivoima, i kako integracija dva kompleksna problema može biti profitabilna u kontekstu Industrije 4.0. Preciznije, rad se bavi integrisanim problemom planiranja i programiranja proizvodnje na paralelnim i identičnim mašinama, tražeći brza rešenja koja su globalno optimalna i fleksibilna. U fazi planiranja, određeni broj radnih mjesta je dodeljen njihovim vremenima procesiranja. S druge strane, u fazi planiranja, zadaci se dodeljuju mašini u datom redosledu. Predložen je novi metaheuristički pristup kroz algoritam opadajućih varijabilnih neposrednih struktura koji iterativno istražuje četiri neposredno bliske strukture strategijom prvog poboljšanja. Predloženi algoritam je ekstenzivno testiran korišćenjem velikog broja "benčmark" primeraka. Dobijeni rezultati su prodiskutovani i upoređivani sa drugim pristupima iz literature.
