Sažetak
Ovo istraživanje se bavi prednostima ISO 9001 da bi se razumeli razlozi njegovog usvajanja širom sveta. Primenom analize glavnih komponenti na rezultate ankete koja je obuhvatila 526 validnih odgovora (stopa odgovora 24,4%), predložena je lestvica koja je više poslovno orijentisana od tradicionalnog internog/eksternog tipa motivacije sa tri glavne kategorije koristi: korist od operativnog poboljšanja (smatra se najrelevantnijim), profitabilnost i tržište. Unutrašnje koristi u vezi sa operativnim poboljšanjem su prednosti koje organizacije najviše osećaju, ističući doprinos ISO 9001 poboljšanju procesa učenja i stvaranju znanja. Što se tiče veličine organizacije, organizacije srednje veličine pridaju veći značaj tržištu i konkurentnosti. Međutim, ne postoje statističke razlike u izveštajima o koristima koje se osećaju u poboljšanju poslovanja i profitabilnosti. U odnosu na godinu sertifikacije, organizacije sertifikovane pre 2000. godine prijavljuju veće tržišne koristi u poređenju sa onima koje su kasnije sertifikovane. Predviđeno je istraživanje ISO 9001 u okviru Industrije 4.0 i digitalnih procesa za buduća istraživanja.
