Povezanost između testova jačine i snage i brzine plivanja na kratkim distancama kod mladih plivača

Sažetak

Plivanje, sport čija je suština 'biti što brži', u velikoj meri zavisi od ispoljavanja jačine i snage, naročito na kratkim distancama. Procenjivanje jačine i snage van vode u plivanju je važan deo trenažnog procesa. Međutim, zaključivanje o rezultatima merenja van vode na rezultate u plivanju je problematično s obzirom da je ispoljavanje jačine i snage u vodi specifično u odnosu na suvom. Cilj ovog rada je da se utvrdi da li postoji povezanost između rezultata testova jačine i snage iz Eurofit baterije testova i brzine plivanja na kratkim distancama kod mladih plivača. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata moći ćemo da utvrdimo da li su testovi jačine i snage iz Eurofit baterije testova pogodni za procenu jačine i snage kod mladih plivača, kao i da li mogu biti prediktor brzine plivanja na kratkim distancama kod mladih plivača. Uzorak ispitanika je činilo 27 plivača uzrasta 13 ± 2.1 godine. Rezultati Pirsonovog koeficijenta korelacije i regresione analize ukazuju da postoji visoka povezanost između testova skok u dalj (SBJ) i ležanje - sed (SUP) sa srednjom brzinom plivanja kraul tehnikom na 50 (r = 0.656, p = 0.000; r = 0.833, p = 0.000, respektivno) i 100 m (r = 0.746, p = 0.000; r = 0.640, p = 0.000, respektivno), kao i vremenom plivanja na 50 (r = - 0.623, p = 0.001; r = - 0.856, p = 0.000, respektivno) i 100 m (r = - 0.723, p = 0.000; r = - 0.687, p = 0.000, respektivno) kraul tehnikom. Između testa izdržaj u zgibu (BAH) i varijabli za procenu brzine plivanja ne postoji statistički značajna povezanost. Može se zaključiti da su testovi skok u dalj i ležanje - sed iz Eurofit baterije testova mogući prediktori u zaključivanju o brzini plivanja na kratkim distancama kod mladih plivača, odnosno pogodni su za primenu u selekciji mladih plivača.
