Uticaj prisustva metaboličkog sindroma na nalaz testa fizičkim opterećenjem

Sažetak
1. Osobe sa prisutnim metaboličkim sindromom u toku fizičkog opterećenja imaju manju potrošnju kiseonika indirektno procenjenu preko METS-a, dok je učestalost pozitivnog testa fizičkim opterećenjem veća kod bolesnika sa metaboličkim sindromom koji su imali i više vrednosti sistolnog i dijastolnog krvnog pritiska u miru i opterećenju, kao i lošiji oporavak srčane frekvence u 1. min oporavka. Bolesnici sa metaboličkim sindromom imali su veću učestalost angine tokom opterećenja, kao i niže vrednosti Duke skora. 2. Pokazali smo da su osobe sa metaboličkim sindromom češće imali pozitivan test opterećenja, ali nismo našli značajnu povezanost između broja komponenti metaboličkog sindroma i pozitivnosti testa. Takođe, broj komponenti metaboličkog sindroma nije povezan sa vrednostima krvnog pritiska tokom opterećenja, kao ni sa oporavkom srčane frekvence u 1. min oporavka.
