Sažetak

(ne postoji na srpskom)
This paper points to the importance of collaboration between supply chain partners. Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) is presented as a management concept, a process, a system, and as a software product. Future development trends for CPFR are indicated. Additionally, a relatively new extension of CPFR named Collaborative Transportation Management (CTM) is considered.
