Uticaj digitalnih bankarskih kanala na broj filijala u zemljama Evropske unije i Srbije

Sažetak

U ovom radu analizirana je upotreba digitalnih bankarskih kanala u zemljama Evropske unije i Srbiji i efekat te upotrebe na broj filijala. Cilj studije je da se identifikuju bankarski kanali koji objašnjavaju razlike između pomenutih zemalja kao i da se ispita postojanje efekata određenih digitalnih kanala na varijacije u broju filijala. U radu je primenjeno nekoliko statističih metoda multivarijacione analize. Uz pomoć faktorske analize identifikovani su glavni faktori u svetlu pojašnjenja razlika između zemalja, a metodom višestruke linearne regresije ispitan je uticaj dve nezavisne varijable - digitalni kanali, reprezentativne za identifikovane faktore, na zavisnu varijablu - broj filijala. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da postoje značajne razlike između ispitivanih zemalja po pitanju upotrebe kreditnih kartica i direkt debit usluga. Varijabla koja ima značajan uticaj na smanjenje broja filijala je upotreba direkt debit servisa.
