Verski fundiran samoubilački terorizam

Sažetak
U radu se obrađuje tema terorista samoubica kao najradikalnijeg vida terorizma. Na primerima su dočarani razlozi pribegavanja terorizmu i pronalaženje optimalnih načina za eliminisanje ili bar smanjenje ove pretnje. Samoubilački akti kroz primenu nasilja prema drugima nisu tvorevina savremenog doba, ali ih je savremeno doba modifikovalo u instrument ostvarivanja političkih ciljeva. Iako s političkom konotacijom, samoubilački terorizam je verski fundiran, odnosno pojedinci koji žrtvuju sopstveni život radi izvršenja terorističkog akta u najvećoj meri su prethodno verski indoktrinirani. Fundamentalističke grupe su usmerene na nametanje sopstvene verzije religije i uspostavljanje tog iskrivljenog viđenja na globalnom nivou. Autori u radu pokušavaju da dokažu da se u pozadini takve indoktrinacije nalaze jedan ili više krupnih političkih interesa. Razobličavanjem zloupotrebe verske posvećenosti otkriva se najslabija karika regrutovanja potencijalnih terorista samoubica i tako otkriva jednostavno i funkcionalno rešenje za njegovo ograničavanje i suzbijanje.
