Rezistencija na karbapeneme kod sojeva Acinetobacter spp izolovanih iz briseva rana tokom 2009. i 2010. godine

Sažetak

Acinetobacter spp je postao važan uzročnik bolničkih infekcija zbog velike sposobnosti preživljavanja i širenja u bolničkoj sredini kao i brzog razvoja rezistencije na brojne antibiotike. Cilj istraživanja bio je da se ispita osetljivost na karbapeneme i ostale najčešće korišćene antibiotike kod sojeva Acinetobacter spp izolovanih iz briseva rana pacijenata lečenih u Kliničkom centru Vojvodine u Novom Sadu i da se utvrdi na kojim institutima i klinikama je njegova učestalost najveća. Ispitivanje osetljivosti 271 primoizolata Acinetobacter spp na antimikrobne lekove vršeno je standardnom disk difuzionom tehnikom prema preporukama Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute. Zastupljenost sojeva rezistentnih na karbapeneme je bila veoma visoka i iznosila je 67,4% za imipenem i 64,4% za meropenem. Rezistencija na cefalosporine treće i četvrte generacije kao i ciprofloksacin iznosila je 100%.
