Sažetak

Cilj. Ispitati stavove studenata završne godine medicine Univerziteta u Beogradu o emigraciji nakon završenih studija. Materijal i metode. Sprovedena je studija preseka, januara 2015. godine, na Medicinskom fakultetu u Beogradu, među studentima završne godine. Podaci su statistički obrađeni metodama deskriptivne i analitičke statistike, korišćen je Pirsonov x2 test. Rezultati. Od 180 ispitanika njih 62,8%bile su studentkinje. Nakon završenog Medicinskog fakulteta Srbiju sigurno želi da napusti 16,1% studenata, o odlasku razmišljanaj veći broj ispitivane populacije (65%), dok je 18,9% studenata sigurno da želi da ostane da radi u struci u Srbiji. Od 29 studenata koji sigurno žele da napuste zemlju 58,6% ima izuzetan uspeh (≥8,50) na studijama. Nemački kao prvi strani jezik uči 44,9% studenata. U odnosu na važnost razvoja karijere i usavršavanja u struci, veću platu, sticanje životnog iskustva, viši standard nego u Srbiji i besperspektivnost u zemlji zabeleženi su visoki skorovi i kod studenata koji sigurno žele da napuste zemlju i kod onih koji razmišljaju o odlasku iz Srbije. Da bi želeli da rade u Beogradu ako ostanu u Srbiji odgovorilo je 66,9% ispitanika. Zaključak. Skoro dve trećine studenata završne godine Medicinskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu želi da nakon završenih studija napusti zemlju u potrazi za zaposlenjem i napredovanjem u struci.
