Sažetak
Primena finansijske participacije, kao način nagrađivanja zaposlenih, , predstavlja jedan od najznačjanih tema u savremenom nagrađivanju zaposlenih, jer upravo njihova primena direktno utiče na stavove i ponašanje zaposlenih.. Predmet rada predstavlja analizu primene šema ze podelu akcija, podela profita i opcije/pravo na kupovinu akcija u nagrađivanju menadžera, stručnih radnika kao i administrativnih i/ili fizičkih zaposlenih u korporacijama devet zemalja Centralno-istočne Evrope (CIE), koje su članice Kranet akademske mreže koje se odnose na politiku i praksu upravljanja ljudskih resursima svoje zemlje. Podaci koji su analizirani putem SPSS statističkog programa, preuzeti su iz zvanične Kranet baze iz 2016. godine. Cilj rada je utvrditi nivo primene tri najznačajnije vrste finansijske participacije u nagrađivanju zaposlenih. Razne studije su ukazale na značajnost primene finansijske participacije na zadovoljstvo, motivisanost i produktivnost zaposlenih. Na osnovu teorijskog razvoja i empirijskih podataka, utvrđeno je da kompanije u CIE koriste širok spektar šema finansijskog učešća, te da se finansijska participacija koristi uglavnom za menadžere i stručne radnike.
