Bolest motornog neurona - primarna lateralna skleroza i amiotrofijska lateralna skleroza
Vojnomedicinska akademija, Klinika za neurologiju, Beograd

Sažetak

Cilj: primarna lateralna skleroza i amiotrofijska lateralna skleroza spadaju u bolesti motornog neurona. Ovim radom su naglašene razlike između ova dva oboljenja. Izvori podataka: članci koji se odnose na ovu patologiju iz poslednjih 10-tak godina. Zaključak: oba oboljenja su neurodegenerativnog karaktera i u obe bolesti su selektivno zahvaćeni motorni neuroni. Međutim, dok primarna lateralna skleroza selektivno zahvata motorne neurone isključivo centralnog nervnog sistema, dotle amiotrofijska lateralna skleroza zahvata motorne neurone kako centralnog, tako i perifernog nervnog sistema. U diferencijalnoj dijagnozi ovih bolesti pomažu NAM neurofiziološka i radiološka ispitivanja, mada se i klinički značajno razlikuju. Primarna lateralna skleroza ima bolju prognozu i nekoliko puta duže preživljavanje.
