Dislokacija posle ugradnje primarne unilateralne totalne endoproteze kuka - geometrija kuka i faktori rizika - uparena kohortna studija

Sažetak
Uvod/Cilj Cilj istraživanja je da utvrdi na koji način faktori kao što su dužina postoperativne hospitalizacije, upotreba pomagala za hodanje pre operacije kao i geometrijski faktori koji su mereni na antero-posteriornom radiografskom snimku utiču na rizik od nastanka dislokacije kuka posle totalne endoproteze kuka. Metode Korišćenjem institucionalnog registra tokom dvogodišnjeg perioda identifikovano je 36 bolesnika (8,31%) sa dislokacijom kuka, od ukupno 433 bolesnika sa totalnom endoprotezom kuka. Rezultati Dobijeni podaci bolesnika sa dislokacijom i bez diskolacije su upoređivani i analizirani. Dislokacija kuka bila je češća kod bolesnika koji su pre operacije koristili pomagala za kretanje u odnosu na one koji nisu (p < 0,001). Značajna razlika je registrovana kod bolesnika kod kojih je hospitalizacija posle operacije trajala duže (p < 0,001). Bolesnici sa većim uglom inklinacije acetabuluma (p < 0,005) i višim velikim trohanterom (p < 0,001) na radiografskim snimcima su češće imali dislokaciju. Pored toga, "sigurna zona" u našoj studiji nije identifikovana. Zaključak U ovom istraživanju indentifikovni su faktori koji su u vezi sa dislokacijom kuka kao što su dužina postoperativne hospitalizacije i upotreba pomagala za hodanje pre operacije. Takođe, identifikovani su i radiografski faktori, koji zaslužuju dalju pažnju i praćenje u budućim istraživanjima.
